when you have an appointment for service they are very good. they want you do go on the website to get appointment which drives me crazy because i can never get it done.

I will start out by saying it's a Mercedes-Benz dealership so you would expect nothing less than the best and that is exactly what you get here at the Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach. I had our sprinter "serviced" by a MB dealer near us before leaving for Myrtle Beach. Told them to check the battery, as it felt weak when trying to start it. They said everything was fine. I accepted their answer and left.We arrived in Myrtle Beach and sure enough, we were left stranded at a restaurant because our van was dead. I called MB of Myrtle Beach.
