Disabled veteran car broke down 3 1/2 hours from home!! Took it to this dealer as Mercedes told me too, no help, nothing. Leave the car and it will take three weeks to fix, can’t have a loaner to get back home, rent a car which cost 600.00 bucks. No help all they wanted was money, worse Benz dealer I have dealt with ever!!!!!

Last week I was vacationing in Myrtle Beach when my Mercedes Rv experienced a problem with my def sensor. With only 5 starts left I needed service now. Although the service department was booked thru April 7 the service manager Daniel Burke was able to schedule me at the end of that day. They were able to reprogram the computer and reset the sensor. I was then able to drive the 560 miles home with out the def sensor coming on. Daniel saved me hundreds of dollars in hotel rooms by working me in for service. Thank you Daniel..

I’ve spent like 7 figures over time at this dealer. These guy have zero loyalty for their VIP’s. That’s sad. I remember when I was the guy they called when a new high end arrived. Not a good experience at this dealership, Bought a used 2016 Range Rover and drove it 10 miles home, the next day it left my wife stranded in a parking lot. Called dealership to see if they would help and was told that I was offered a extended warranty so I was on my own. Not the customer service you would expect from that kind of store
In Myrtle Beach with an issue on 2022 Mercedes. 2 weeks for service no loaner while being worked on. I thought Mercedes’ was to give you VIP treatment regardless of dealer you bought it. .I will wait to go back to good ole WV to get service and will leave it up to Mercedes to work issues with MB.
